*Homes over 5,000 Square Feet

If your home has more that 5,000 square feet, it probably has some unique systems (central cleaning, water modification units, etc.) and some multiple systems (extra heating and cooling systems, extra water heaters, extra kitchens, extra dishwashers, extra refrigerators, multiple fireplaces, etc.). Due to the extra time involved in inspecting, testing, and/or evaluating these additional systems and components, rates will fluctuate. Please call me to discuss your needs for your home.
